Property Development
The Estate has a history of development on the estate to provide high quality property to both buy and rent. Over the last 20 years it has developed both the Gledrid Industrial Estate and Bank Top Industrial Estate and the residential scheme at Shepherds Lane, Chirk.
We are pleased that detailed consent has now been obtained for the development of 80 houses at Morlas Meadows, St. Martins, Oswestry, Shropshire and that work will commence in the Autumn of 2020.
Along with our development partner Primoris Homes, www.primoris.co.uk we are developing a range of houses together with providing 12 acres of recreational space for St Martins Parish Council for the benefit of the community and St Martins School.
